Payments 관리자 권한
Payments 앱에서 Payments 작업 영역을 선택합니다.
항목 끝에 있는 드롭다운 메뉴에서 작업을 선택하거나 지불 의도 번호를 클릭하고 레코드 페이지에서 수집 또는 환불을 선택합니다.
캡처는 매장에 대해 수동 캡처가 활성화되어 있고 결제 상태가 인증됨인 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.
환불은 결제 상태가 성공인 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다.
새로 열리는 확인 페이지에서 작업을 완료합니다.
노트 결제 작업 영역에서의 캡처 및 환불은 Salesforce Order Management를 비롯한 주문 관리 시스템 또는 전사적 자원 시스템과 같은 다운스트림 시스템에 자동으로 동기화되지 않습니다. 이러한 시스템을 동기화된 상태로 유지하려면 Salesforce 결제 이벤트 알림을 구독하고 이를 사용하여 맞춤형 비즈니스 로직을 구축하십시오.
