As part of the 2022 Holiday preparation, the 22.8 release includes some database optimizations. The optimizations have the potential to cause a one-time increase in migration time during the 22.8 Preview and GA deployments. Some instances see a slightly longer impact during the maintenance window as part of the release deployment.
