Insulate B2C Commerce Against Rogue Queries

Elastic search queries configured in Business Manager or using the customer_search and order_search APIs are now limited to 200 thousand results. Queries for results greater than 200 thousand time out. Limiting the elastic search results helps insulate your B2C Commerce Instance from rogue queries. If you use the APIs, run queries with a smaller offset to avoid a timeout.
