Shipping Method Restrictions Validated by Shipment

When an order includes multiple shipments, a non-default shipment can now use a shipping method that isn't allowed for a product in the default shipment. The reason is that the basket process now validates a shipment’s shipping method only against the products in that shipment. Previously, it validated each shipping method against the products in the default shipment. If a product in the default shipment was excluded from a shipping method, then attempting to use that method in any shipment caused an Invalid Shipping Method error.
