Export Store Inventory Delta

Export only the changes to your Point of Sale store inventory to improve efficiency and save time. The Store Inventory Delta Export runs daily and exports inventory data from the previous day. With a focus on efficiency, you can maintain data continuity.

Set Up the Store Inventory Delta Job

  1. In CMS, go to Feeds | Export Jobs.
  2. Create a new job by clicking on the + sign.
  3. Select Store Inventory Delta.
  4. Fill out the required fields. See Configure and Manage Export Jobs for instructions on how to do so. A screenshot shows the settings for a store inventory delta export.
  5. Click SAVE.

Update Store Inventory

When placing an order in the POS app, adjusting the product’s store inventory or uploading a store inventory feed in CMS will refresh the inventory data. When the Store Inventory Delta Export is running, it will export the updated products with the field mappings if configured.

Check the Exported File

To check an exported file, access the destination folder you configured when setting up the Store Inventory Delta Job. Check the latest exported file by verifying the updated products and exported columns. A screenshot shows an example store inventory delta export.
