            Filter POS Reports by Franchise ID

            Corporate admins can use the franchise ID filter to narrow report data to a specific franchise or compare performance across franchises.

            1. Open any Analytics, Order, or Electronic Journal report.
            2. Locate the franchise ID filter in the report filters section.
            3. Select one or more franchise groups from the dropdown.
            4. To view data for all franchise groups, leave the filter blank.
            Tip
            Tip To compare performance across specific franchise locations or between owned-and-operated stores and franchise stores, combine the franchise ID filter with store filters.
