            Data Exports with Franchise Attribution

            All data exports from Point of Sale include franchise attribution. Corporate admins can export reports for all stores and franchise groups. Franchise admins can export reports only for their franchise stores, and exports automatically include their franchise ID.

            Electronic Journal Exports

            Electronic Journal exports include a franchise ID column. To export EJ data for a specific franchise group, filter the report by franchise ID before you export.

            Transaction Log Exports

            If your org integrates with downstream systems that consume transaction log data, these fields are available.

            tLog Section Field Description
            Header franchiseId Franchise identifier at the transaction level
            Store Object store.franchiseId, store.franchiseName Franchise ID and name for the store
            Order Activity Log orderActivityLog.franchiseId Franchise attribution for order activities
