Franchise Reporting in Point of Sale

Franchise Reporting in Point of Sale gives corporate and franchise admins access to report data based on their role. Corporate admins have full visibility across all franchise groups. Franchise admins can access data only for stores in their assigned franchise group. This role-based access keeps franchise data fully separate while giving each user type the visibility they need.

Franchise Reporting is available in POS App Build 12.2 and later.

• POS Reports Available to Franchise Admins
  Franchise admins have access to reports that automatically show data only from stores within the franchise admin's assigned franchise group. Store dropdowns don't include stores from other franchises or corporate-owned locations.
• Filter POS Reports by Franchise ID
  Corporate admins can use the franchise ID filter to narrow report data to a specific franchise or compare performance across franchises.
• Data Exports with Franchise Attribution
  All data exports from Point of Sale include franchise attribution. Corporate admins can export reports for all stores and franchise groups. Franchise admins can export reports only for their franchise stores, and exports automatically include their franchise ID.
• POS Inventory Restrictions for Franchises
  Franchise admins can perform inventory actions only for stores in their franchise group.
