Review what versions your registers are on by country, store, and register in Retail Cloud CMS. See how a new version works, or find out if you're on an unsupported version.
Configure Point of Sale to Access Register Version Report
View register version status across your regions in the Reporting and Analytics section.
- Go to .
- You will see the first report that shows your register version status across your regions.
- (Optional) To see detailed information at the store ID level, select under .
- (Optional) To see a store's full register information, select .
- (Optional) All reports can be downloaded via Download CSV in the upper right.
- The navigational breadcrumbs make it easy to move among reports.
- The data pulled into the report is the current status as of 12 AM UTC on the day you pulled it.

Register Version Report - By Merchant - By Country
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Country | The country code for registers assigned to that country. |
| No. of Stores | The total number of stores with activated registers. |
| No. of Active Registers | The total number of activated registers. This is equal to the sum of the Activated registers in the Registers list in CMS. |
| Latest Version Installed | The latest app version installed on any activated register. |
| No. of Active Registers on the Version | The total number of activated registers on the latest version. This is equal to the number of registers with a vital from the past 14 days and be on the latest version. Anything without a vital isn’t counted. |
| % of Active Registers on the Version | The percent of activated registers on the latest version. |

| Store ID | The store's ID. |
| No. of Active Registers | The total number of activated registers. |
| Latest Version Installed | The latest app version installed on any activated register. |
| No. of Active Registers on the Version | The total number of activated registers on the latest version. |
| % of Active Registers on the Version | The percent of activated registers on the latest version. |
