Create Product Restrictions with Point of Sale

Configure rules that block specific products from being sold, returned, or included in inventory processing at selected store locations.

1. Go to Store Management > Restriction Configuration.
2. Create a restriction rule.
3. For Restriction Type, select whether to restrict inventory, sales, and returns.
4. Provide a descriptive name for the rule.
5. For Restricted Products, select a product attribute (such as SKU or style) and enter the matching value (for example, SKU = 12345). Enter values manually or import them from a CSV file using the ellipsis (three dots) menu.
6. For Restricted Locations, select the stores where the products are restricted. Enter values manually or import them from a CSV file using the ellipsis (three dots) menu.
7. Save your changes.
