Unpack Canceled Orders

When a packed order cancels before pickup, it moves to the unpack section. Unpacking releases the inventory back to stock.

Select the Store Pickup Order to Unpack deep link to see canceled orders eligible for unpacking. Open an order and select Unpack. The app confirms the unpack and releases inventory. The order status changes to Cancelled.

Handle Partially Packed Orders

Partially packed orders show which items remain unpacked. Pack remaining items later or leave them unpacked.

View split orders in CMS under Orders | BOPIS Orders. Split orders appear with the same order ID but different statuses.

Known Issues and Restrictions

  • Point of Sale doesn't support partial refunds for BOPIS orders.
  • Multiple associates can process the same order item on different devices simultaneously because the system doesn't mark fulfillment orders as in progress. This can result in duplicate shipments, and the POS app may show an order as Partially Shipped after it's been fully shipped.
  • The POS app displays only BOPIS orders updated within the last 30 days.
