Point of Sale Digital Contracts for Products Behavior

When a cart contains a product that requires a contract, the POS app lists the required contracts, the customer signs each one on the device, and the app saves and delivers a signed PDF before checkout. Sign all required contracts before payment.

Customer Log-In Requirement

When you click checkout with products that require contracts, the app prompts for customer log-in. If you attempt guest checkout, the app displays a message indicating that a logged-in customer is required and prompts you to select a customer. After you select and log in a customer, the app automatically displays the contract signing screen.

For multiple contracts, click Sign Next to advance directly to the next contract without returning to the list. After all contracts are signed, the Continue to Checkout button appears. Click it to proceed with payment.

Contract Storage and Delivery

After signing, the app automatically generates a signed PDF, saves it to the order, and uploads it to your configured FTP or SFTP server.

Reprinting Contracts

From the contract list, click Reprint to print a signed contract. If the PDF isn't available locally, the app indicates reprinting is unavailable.
