The Data 360 engagement timeline widget shows engagement data in a chronological format
on Account, Contact, Lead, and Person Account records. Configure up to 10 types of engagements at
once, and your users can sort them newest or oldest first.

To configure the Data 360 engagement timeline:
Customize Application
Before you configure the widget, enable Data 360. To view the timeline after it's configured,
your users need a Data 360 license and access to the configured data space. This configuration
does not support control-by-parent. Users must have explicit object-level access to the
engagement objects to view records.
You configure the Data 360 engagement timeline on a record page in the Lightning App Builder.
Go to an Account, Contact, Lead, or Person Account record. From the gear icon menu, select
Edit Page.
Drag the Data 360 engagement timeline widget to where you want it on the page.
From the Timeline dropdown menu, select Create with Unified Profile.
For Timeline Name, enter a name.
The widget shows this name.
For Match On Field, select the field that matches engagement records.
For Data Space, select a data space.
For Unified Profile Object, select a unified profile object.
For Engagement Data, click Add Object.
You can configure up to 10 types of engagement objects. Repeat steps 9–16 for each engagement object type that you add.
For Engagement Object, select the type of engagement object to configure.
For Show Icon, select the icon for this engagement object type.
For Profile Relationship, select the engagement-to-profile relationship.
For Title Field, select the field to show as the engagement's title.
For Subtitle Field, select the field to show as the engagement's subtitle.
For Timestamp, select the timestamp that orders the engagements.
For Details Fields, select any additional fields to show for each engagement.
To filter the engagement data for this engagement object, add up to two filters. For each filter, select the field to filter on and the filter operator, and then enter the filter value.
Click Done.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click Save.
To return from the Lightning App Builder, click the back arrow in the upper-left corner of the page.
