Manage Scheduled Queries

Review the queries scheduled to run on segment publish in a collaboration, check their status, and delete a schedule that you no longer need.

Required Editions

Available in: Enterprise Editions
User Permissions Needed
To view and manage scheduled queries: Data Cloud Architect OR Data Cloud Activation Manager OR Data Cloud Activation Specialist

View Scheduled Queries

Review the queries scheduled to run on segment publish in a collaboration and check their status.

  1. In Data 360, go to the Clean Rooms tab.
  2. Under Collaborations, open the collaboration to review schedules for.
  3. Click the Scheduled Queries tab to view the details of each query schedule.

Delete a Schedule

Delete a schedule to stop it from running on future segment publishes. Deleting a schedule doesn't remove the results of runs that it already completed.

  1. On the Scheduled Queries tab, find the schedule to remove.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. To confirm, click Delete.
Note
Note You can't recover a deleted schedule. To schedule the query again, set up a new schedule for the collaboration.
