            Remove Legacy Metadata from a Data 360 Sandbox

            Data 360 sandboxes configured before August 2024 may contain legacy metadata. Use the cleanup process to remove legacy metadata from the sandbox.

            Required Editions

            Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
            User Permission Set Needed
            To remove legacy metadata from a Data 360 sandbox:

            Permission set:

            • Data Cloud Architect
            1. In your sandbox org, select Data Cloud Setup.
            2. On the Clean up and Reset page, click Approve and Complete Setup .
            3. Review the list of metadata components scheduled for deletion. For a detailed list, click Review Deletion Details.
            4. To complete the deletion process, click I Approve Data Deletion.
