          Disconnect an Omnichannel Inventory Connection

          You can delete a connection to Omnichannel Inventory if you don't need it. Removing the connection stops Data 360 from using your inventory as a data source and data action target.

          Required Editions

          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To disconnect Omnichannel Inventory:

          One of these permisison sets:

          • Data Cloud Architect
          • Commerce Intelligence Admin
          Note
          Note Disconnecting deletes the data streams and associated data action targets for this connection. This action can’t be undone.
          1. From Data Cloud Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnichannel Inventory Connector, and then select Omnichannel Inventory Connector.
          2. Find the connector that you want to disconnect.
          3. From the dropdown menu next to the connection name, select Disconnect.
          4. Click Disconnect.

          The connector is removed from the list of connected Omnichannel Inventory instances.
