You can query Data 360 data in several ways:

With the Data 360 Query Editor, you can directly query harmonized customer data using Data 360 SQL (Structured Query Language). You can build queries on data lake objects, data model objects, calculated insights objects, and data graphs. - Optimize Queries with Secondary Indexes
