          Revert Overrides

Learn how to reconnect semantic definitions to an associated referenced model. This action reverts the semantic definition back to the current value of the referenced model. It doesn't delete the composed model.

Before you begin: Confirm you have a composed model which has an override you want to revert.

To revert an override and resume automatic updates from the referenced model:

          1. In the Semantic Model builder, locate the overridden property.
          2. Click the override icon.
          3. In the Property Overridden dialog, click Revert.
With the override removed, the property reconnects to the referenced model and receives future updates automatically. Confirm that the Override indicator icon no longer appears.
