Выберите лучший ответ на вопрос
Удаление статуса лучшего ответа из ответа
Только один ответ может быть выбран в качестве лучшего. Модераторами могут быть модератор Chatter, модератор сайта Experience Cloud или администратор Salesforce. Если у пользователя нет полномочия на выбор лучшего ответа на вопрос, он не видит параметра «Выбрать лучшим».
Ответ, выбранный в качестве лучшего, помечается галочкой (). Копия лучшего ответа также отображается вверху списка ответов, чтобы другие пользователи могли быстро его обнаружить.
