Create Dynamic Component Visibility in Enhanced LWR Sites
Control component visibility on your enhanced LWR site pages by creating rules that
contain conditions. Stack multiple conditions to create the perfect set of visibility conditions
for each component.
Required Editions
Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited,
and Developer Editions
Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration
To customize or publish an Experience Cloud site:
Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration AND be a member
of the site
OR
View Setup and Configuration AND be a member of the site AND have appropriate
role-based site access
Important Visibility rules created during the Spring '23 pilot are no longer
functional and must be replaced in future releases.
You can create rules for any component in Experience Builder by using the Visibility tab.
From Experience Builder, select a component that appears on the canvas.
Click the Visibility tab.
Click +Add Visibility Rule. Create a rule with one or several
conditions. Show or hide your component when the conditions are met.
Save your rule. Your new rule is viewable and editable from the Visibility tab.
