The Concierge Sidebar provides a personalized Resume Chat experience for authenticated users.
It categorizes recommendations into suggestion themes to help users find relevant actions
quickly.
From Setup, enter Digital Experiences and select All
Sites.
Locate your site and click Builder.
Click the Components icon in the top-left sidebar.
Drag the Concierge Sidebar component onto your canvas from the
Components panel.
Click the Concierge Sidebar component on your Page structure to open
its properties.
Enter a Sidebar Title. If you leave this blank, the title defaults to the username or Guest
Portal.
In the Home Page property field, select Concierge Home Page.
In the Chat Page property field, select Concierge Chat Page.
To show previous messages for authenticated users, select Show Conversation History.
To show shortcuts for common tasks, select Show Suggestion Themes.
Select a value for Max Suggestion Themes to determine the number of recommendation
categories that appear.
Save your work and select Publish.
