Setting up the configuration is the first step in establishing the front door for your
Experience Cloud site. This configuration determines how the agent greets your users and which
data graphs it uses for personalization.
From Setup, enter Agentforce Orchestrator in the Quick Find box, and
then select Agentforce Orchestrator.
Select New.
Enter a descriptive Configuration Name and description.
From the Agentforce Orchestrator Type list, select
Self-Service.
In the Greeting Settings section, Configure the Greeting Settings.
Greeting Prompt Lookup: Select a prompt template to generate AI greetings. You can use
the standard prompt template reference to clone and
customize a template.
Greeting Profile Data Graph: Select the Data Cloud Data Graph that provides the user
context.
In the Recommendation Settings section, select the Personalization Point you defined in
Setup. This determines the logical placement for both personalized greetings and Suggestion
Themes.
In the Tool Settings section, select the Agentforce Service Agent as
the agent tool and add the appropriate topics to enable functional reasoning.
Select the Network ID associated with your Experience Cloud site, and select the Search
Config ID created during the Smart Search Assistance Sub-Agent setup that contains your
Enterprise Knowledge Harmonized Data Model Objects.
Save your changes.
