            Set Up Experience Cloud Site for Agentforce Orchestrator

            Link your Experience Cloud site to the Agentforce Orchestrator and configure the required page components for autonomous AI interactions. This setup makes it possible for your site to host the conversational and search features needed for a personalized user experience.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions for an additional cost. To purchase, contact your Salesforce account executive.
            Available in: Aura Experience Cloud sites that use Build Your Own Template
            Available in: LWR Experience Cloud sites that use Build Your Own Template

            Before you begin make sure,

            • You have a Search Config ID that contains Enterprise Knowledge Harmonized Data Model Objects.
            • All Experience Cloud site users, including Customer Community Plus users, must have the API Enabled permission set. Without this, the search returns empty results.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, then select All Sites.
            2. Locate the site you want to configure and click Workspaces.
            3. Click AI Experiences.
              The AI Experiences page opens, showing separate configuration sections.
            4. In the Embedded Service Deployments (Guest Users) section, select the embedded service deployment for unauthenticated (guest) users.
            5. In the Search Configurations section, select the search configuration for this site.
            6. In the Agentforce Orchestrator section, select your Agentforce Orchestrator configuration from the dropdown.
            7. Save your changes.
