            Create a Search Index for Service Catalog Action Launcher Configuration

            Create a search index to see recommended actions when you configure Action Launcher with a service catalog.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons
            1. To open Search Index Builder from the App Launcher, search for and select Search Index.
            2. To create a search index, click New.
            3. Select Advanced Setup, and then click Next.
            4. Select the dataspace in which the specific data kit is deployed.
            5. Select the SvcProcProdCatgProdExtrc data model object for search index configurations, and then click Next.
            6. Click Manage Fields, and select these fields to chunk: Product Catalog, Product Category, Service Process Definition, Product Category Name, Service Process Name, Service Process Description, and Product Category Product.
            7. Save your changes, and click Next.
            8. Drag and drop the Product Catalog field for search filtering.
              With search filtering, you can perform a search on a specific set of service processes.
            9. Click Next.
            10. Enter a name in the Search Index Configuration Name field.
              The API name generates automatically.
            11. Save your changes.
