Configure Action Launcher in Your Experience Cloud Site

To help people launch actions through Action Launcher without logging in to Salesforce, add Action Launcher to your Experience Cloud site.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons
User Permissions Needed
To configure Action Launcher in your Experience Cloud site: Industry Service Excellence permission set
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter All Sites, and then select All Sites.
  2. Click Builder for the site in which you want to add Action Launcher.
  3. Select the required record page from the Home menu.
  4. Drag the Action Launcher component from the Components menu to the relevant content area.
  5. To specify the actions that users can search for and initiate from the Action Launcher component, in the component properties pane, select Action Launcher deployment in the Action Launcher Configuration dropdown.
    Tip
    Tip You can reuse a deployment on multiple pages.
  6. From the Action Launcher Deployment dropdown, select a deployment.
  7. If needed, enter a custom title in the Action Launcher Title field.
  8. Publish your changes.
