Launch Recommended Actions by Analyzing Record Data

Launch Recommended Actions by Analyzing Record Data

To assist your customers, Action Launcher can analyze record data and find recommended actions. This method suggests actions by deriving the appropriate purpose from non-conversation record data, such as the Case Subject and Case Description.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons.
          User Permissions Needed
          To launch actions:

          Industry Service Excellence

          AND

          Einstein for Service Innovations

To use Recommended Actions, enable recommended actions. In Action Launcher, turn on Recommended Actions.

You configure the Einstein Prompt Template. The template instructs the generative engine (Einstein) on how to analyze the text in specified record fields and suggest recommended actions.

When a user views a record page, Action Launcher uses a prompt template to analyze the record data. The system then automatically finds recommended actions based on fields like the Case Subject.

          1. To search for an action, click Show Topics on Action Launcher.
Action Launcher shows two topics, and selects the first topic by default.
          2. Select a topic on Action Launcher.
A list of recommended actions appears.
          3. To initiate a recommended action, click the action on Action Launcher. See Create an Action Launcher Prompt Template.
