Launch Recommended Actions by Entering Keywords

To assist your customers, enter keywords in Action Launcher to find the recommended actions.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons

User Permissions Needed
To launch actions:	Industry Service Excellence permission set

To use Recommended Actions, make sure the Recommended Actions admin setting is turned on. See Enable Recommended Actions. On Action Launcher, turn on Recommended Actions.

To search for an action, enter keywords in the search field, and click Search.
A list of recommended actions appears.
To initiate a recommended action, click the action from the search results.
