Create an Actionable List from Data 360 Data Model Objects
Select a Data 360 DMO-based
actionable list definition and configure the basic list properties. Apply filters to refine the
list members based on your business requirements. You can create multiple filters and combine
them by using filter logic. Before you create a list, make sure that your Salesforce admin
created the Actionable List Definition that you plan to use.

User Permissions Needed
To create and work with actionable lists:
Data 360 User AND Actionable Segmentation List Manager
From the App Launcher, find and select Actionable Lists, and then
click New.
The Select Data Source window opens with the available data source options.
Select Data 360 data model objects.
Use Data 360 data model objects to filter directly on DMO fields. Lists built this way
aren't bound by the lower list-volume limit that applies to segment-based lists.
Click Next.
Enter a descriptive name for the list.
For example, High-Value Accounts.
In the List Definition field, search for and select the definition
created by your admin.
For example, search for and select Priority Accounts.
Click Next.
The Actionable List Builder opens in full-page mode. The left panel shows filters
with Add Filter Logic and Apply options, and the right panel displays all members with columns
from the DMO used by the selected list definition.
To filter the list, click Add Filter.
Select the field that you want to filter by, select an operator, and enter a value.
For example, set the field to Annual Revenue, the operator to
Greater than, and the value to 2,000,000.
Click Apply.
The Members panel refreshes to show only records that match your filter.
To add more filters, click Add Filter again, set another field,
operator, and value, and then click Apply.
When you're satisfied with the filtered results, click Preview & Save.
Review the member count and filter criteria, and then click Save.
A view of the list members associated with the actionable list appears on the
screen.
