Configuring and Assigning Actionable Lists by Using Actionable List Members
Help list creators view actionable list
members or prospects, including existing customers. Enable list creators to set up and assign
actionable lists to sales agents or service agents. The agents can then engage with and build
trusted relationships with prospects.

List creators can update the engagement status of
prospects, set up the priority of an actionable list, and associate an OmniScript with the
actionable list to guide agents when they engage with prospects. List creators can also sort
prospects and assign them to the owner of the member records or assign all the prospects to an
agent or a queue.
The Outreach List component allows
agents to see the assigned prospects. The Actionable List Engagement component guides agents to
engage with the assigned prospects.
Enable the Actionable Lists Tab Make the Actionable Lists tab available for list creators so that they can access actionable lists.
Open Actionable Lists Open Actionable Lists from App Launcher or from the navigation menu.
Add Actionable List Members to a Page Make the Actionable List Members component available to list creators by adding the component to the Actionable List record page.
Add Show List Member Details to a Page Get a quick view of an actionable list member’s basic information with the Show List Member Details component. The Show List Member Details component shows details such as the member’s name, phone number, address details, account type, and annual revenue. The component also shows Action Launcher that lets you quickly launch processes to create a case, lead, or any other record as per your business needs.
Create Custom Key Performance Indicators Help list creators gain customized insights into actionable lists by creating custom key performance indicators (KPIs). List creators can add the custom KPIs to KPI Bar.
Bulk Actions for List Creators To help list creators perform bulk actions on the actionable list members or prospects in the Actionable List Members component, create Lightning web component-based bulk actions, screen flow-based bulk actions, and OmniScript-based bulk actions.
View Actionable List Members Manage your agents and business efficiently by using the Actionable List Members component. Select an actionable list to view the associated prospects in the Actionable List Members component.
Filter Actionable List Members Apply filters to narrow down the list of actionable list members or prospects and assign them to agents easily.
