Add More Members to Actionable Lists

Add more members to an existing actionable list, which helps list creators to revise the member list iteratively based on the changing business needs.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
User Permissions Needed
To add more members to an existing list:

Actionable Segmentation

AND

Query for Datapipelines User

If the list already contains 2000 or more members, you can’t add more members to the list.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Actionable Lists.
  2. Click the list to which you want to add members.
  3. From the action menu, select Add More Members.
  4. Select list members manually and click Review & Save (Count).
  5. Preview the selected members and click Confirm & Save.
