Add Members to Actionable Lists with a Quick Action
List creatorscan
add account, contact, case, opportunity, and lead records to existing
actionable lists quickly with the Add to an Actionable List quick action. List creators can use
this quick action from list views on object pages or from record pages.

User Permissions Needed
To add object records as list members:
Actionable Segmentation
AND
Query for Datapipelines User
On an object page, select one or more records in the list view and click Add to
an Actionable List. Alternatively, go to a record page and click Add to
an Actionable List in the actions menu.
Select the list to which you want to add the record, and click
Add.
