          Assign Permission Sets for Actionable Segmentation

          Give users access to use the Actionable Segmentation feature by assigning permission sets.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
          Add permissions in the Actionable Segmentation permission set:
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then click Permission Sets.
          2. Click Actionable Segmentation.
          3. Click the System Permissions link.
          4. Click Edit.
          5. Select the following permissions:
            • Actionable Segmentation Admin
            • Actionable Segmentation List Manager
            • Actionable Segmentation Objects
            • Actionable Segmentation Engagement
          6. Save your changes.

          Assign the Permission Set

          Based on these user persona, assign permission sets for your users.

          • Query for Data Pipelines
          Sales or service executives Create and configure actionable lists
          • Actionable Segmentation

          Sales or service agents Engage with prospects Actionable Segmentation
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
          2. Click a user’s name.
          3. Under Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
          4. Save your changes.
