Bulk selection is available only when you’re creating a list. You can use manual selection when creating a list or editing an existing list.

          1. To select dataset records manually:
            1. Create a list or edit an existing list.
            2. On the actionable list builder page, click the column header.
200 dataset records on the current page are selected.
            3. Click Review & Save (Count).
            4. Review the selected members, update the default list member status if necessary, and click Confirm & Save.
          2. To select dataset records in bulk:
            1. Create a list.
            2. On the actionable list builder page, click the column header.
200 dataset records on the current page are selected, and a banner text with the bulk selection option is shown.
            3. Click Select all <count> items matching filter criteria.
If the count of dataset record items is more than 10,000, apply filter criteria and select up to 10,000 record items.
            4. Click Review & Save (Count).
            5. Change the default list member status if necessary, and click Confirm & Save.
You can’t see the list member selection because the count of selected members is too large to preview.
