You can configure list member status values to represent the status of client engagement
activities planned for list members. For example, if a client engagement activity is to call list
members, the various call status values are Successful, Failed, Busy, No-Answer, and Canceled. You
can add these status values and icons that best represent these status values.

User Permissions Needed
To configure list member statuses:
Actionable Segmentation
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Segmentation,
and then select Actionable Segmentation Settings.
Locate the list definition, and click the corresponding List Member Status
Count entry.
Add a unique status value, and select an icon that best represents the new status value.
You can add multiple status values.
Save your changes.
Note You can edit the status values at a later point in time, but can’t delete them.
