List creators can customize the column preferences for their actionable lists according to business needs. When creating actionable lists in List Builder, list creators can choose what columns to show and their display order.

The column preferences are stored individually for each list creator and the corresponding list definition. The list preferences set by a list creator in a list apply to all lists created by that list creator, as long as they have a common list definition. These preferences persist across sessions.
After setting the columns to display and their display order, create and apply filters to select dataset records to add to the list.
