          Delete Actionable List Definitions

          Delete Actionable List Definitions

Delete inactive actionable list definitions that you aren’t using. Before you delete a definition, make sure that it’s not used by any actionable list.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
          User Permissions Needed
          To delete actionable list definitions:

          Actionable Segmentation

Ensure that you deactivate a list definition before deleting it. Deleted definitions can’t be retrieved.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Segmentation, and then select Actionable Segmentation Settings.
          2. Locate the actionable list definition that you plan to delete, and click the corresponding Dataset Name entry.
The Data Processing Engine page is launched, and the data processing engine definition that’s associated with the list definition is shown. Keep this page open.
          3. Go back to the Actionable Segmentation Settings page.
          4. Click the action menu of the list definition, and then select Delete.
            Note
Note Deleting the list definition removes the status values and default columns, but doesn’t delete the associated data processing engine definition.
          5. Go to the Data Processing Engine page that was launched before deleting the actionable list definition.
          6. Deactivate and then delete the data processing engine definition.
