Move Actionable Segmentation Data

Review these points before you move Actionable Segmentation data, its related records, and setup from sandbox to production and vice versa.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
User Permissions Needed
To move data from sandbox to production and vice versa:

Actionable Segmentation

AND

Data Pipelines Base User

Before moving Actionable Segmentation and related data, follow these steps.

  1. Deactivate all actionable list definitions.
  2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Outbound Change, and then select Outbound Change Sets.
  3. To create a change set, click New.
  4. To add change set components, in the Change Set Components section, click Add.
  5. Select Actionable List Definition as component type.
  6. Select the actionable list definitions that you want to move, and click Add To Change Set.
  7. To add dependencies associated with the selected list definitions, in the Change Set Components section, click View/Add Dependencies.
  8. Select the Batch Calculation Job Definitions associated with the list definitions, and click Add To Change Set.
  9. Upload the change set.

After migrating data from sandbox to production or vice versa, run the data processing engine definitions associated with the actionable list definitions, and then activate the actionable list definitions.
