            Refresh Datasets Periodically Using Flows

            After you activate and run a data processing engine definition, a dataset is created and saved in a shared space in CRM Analytics. To ensure the dataset is refreshed periodically so that it contains the latest records, run the data processing engine definition using a Schedule-Triggered flow.

            Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a Schedule-Triggered flow:

            Actionable Segmentation

            AND

            Data Pipelines Base User

            Create a flow of type Schedule-Triggered and set the schedule so that the dataset is refreshed daily.
