Considerations for Adding Latest Matching Records to Actionable Lists

As list creators, review these considerations before adding latest matching records to actionable lists:

• You can add latest matching records only to the lists created in the Winter ’24 and later releases.
• You can add latest matching records only to the lists that are created using actionable list definitions.
• The Add Latest Records button on the list details page is visible:
  • Only to the list creators who have the permissions to access the Actionable List object.
  • Only to the actionable lists that have associated saved filter criteria.
• Filter criteria are saved for an actionable list in these scenarios:
  • Selecting all the filtered records to add to the list.
  • Using the Select All option to add all the filtered records to add to the list.
• Filter criteria aren’t saved for an actionable list when you use multiple filter criteria to filter dataset records to add to a list.
