Add Latest Matching Dataset Records to Actionable Lists

As a list creator, manually add the latest dataset records that match the filter criteria associated with the list to get an up-to-date actionable list.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
          User Permissions Needed
To add the latest records to actionable lists:

          Actionable Segmentation

          AND

          Query for Datapipelines User

You can add latest matching records only to actionable lists that are created in the Winter ’24 release and later versions.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Actionable Lists.
          2. Click the list that you want to update.
          3. On the list details page, click Add Latest Records. This option is visible to actionable lists that have an associated saved filter criteria. Learn more about the considerations for adding the latest matching records to lists in Salesforce Help.
          4. Perform one of these actions:
            • To view and add records of your choice, click View & Add Matching Records.
            • To add all the matching records, click Add All Matching Records.
            Add Latest Records
If the number of records that match the filter criteria is more than 200, these records are added to the list asynchronously, and users are notified after the list is updated.
