Select Default Visible Columns for Actionable Lists

The dataset associated with an actionable list definition contains records that you can use as a data source to create actionable lists. Select the fields from this dataset to be visible as default columns in the actionable list and set their display order.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
User Permissions Needed
To select default visible columns for actionable lists:

Actionable Segmentation
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Segmentation, and then select Actionable Segmentation Settings.

    Actionable Segmentation

    AND

    Query for Datapipelines User

  2. Locate the actionable list definition, and click the corresponding Visible Columns entry.
    Important
    Important
    • The Available Fields list contains fields from the anchor object associated with the actionable list definition.
    • ID field of the primary object must be selected as a default visible column.
  3. Use the right and left arrows to add or remove fields.
  4. Use the up and down arrows to change the order in which these fields appear in actionable lists.
  5. Save your changes.
