          Share Actionable Lists

Like all Salesforce objects, actionable lists are governed by your sharing model. To make sure that the right colleagues have access to the right lists, a list creator can extend sharing for your own lists one by one.

          Actionable Segmentation

An actionable list sharing is also governed by org-wide sharing settings. A list creator can share a list with another Salesforce user.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Actionable Lists.
          2. Click a list that you want to share with another user.
          3. On the highlight panel of the list details page, click the action menu and select Sharing.
          4. Search for users with whom you want to share this list, and select a name.
          5. Specify one of these Actionable List Access Levels:
            • Read/Write
            • Read Only
          6. Save the changes.
            • When you share a list, all the list members are shared with the same access levels.
            • If a user doesn't have access to one or more list member records, the user can’t proceed with list engagement activities for these list members even though the list is shared.

To view everyone with access to a list, open the action menu on the list details page, and select Sharing Hierarchy.
