Sort Dataset Records in Actionable List Builder

The list builder page displays the dataset records associated with the list definition, which is used to create an actionable list. Sort these dataset records for better visualization. It’s easier to filter and select record items from a sorted list.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Query for Datapipelines User licenses
User Permissions Needed
To sort dataset records in Actionable List Builder:

Actionable Segmentation

AND

Query for Datapipelines User
  1. Create a list or edit an existing list.
  2. To sort the column alphanumerically, open the actionable list, and hover over a column header, then click the up or down arrow.
    If a column contains numerical values, the records are sorted in ascending or descending order.
  3. Select the list members, and click Review & Save (Count).
  4. Preview the selected numbers, and click Confirm & Save.
