          Track API Call Usage and License Validity for Queries for DataPipelines

          To ensure a smooth actionable list creation experience, monitor the Queries for DataPipelines API call usage and Query for Datapipelines User license validity on the Actionable Segmentation Settings page.

          User Permissions Needed
          To track API Call Usage and the license validity for Queries for DataPipelines:

          Actionable Segmentation Admin

          AND

          Use Data Pipelines Base

          AND

          Allow the user to run queries with the Analytics Query Service

          When creating actionable lists, the Queries for DataPipelines service enables actionable list creators to retrieve records from the dataset through API calls. The Query for Datapipelines User license has a monthly limit of 2500 API calls. Track the API call usage statistics and upgrade the license if you require more API calls.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Segmentation, and then select Actionable Segmentation Settings.
          2. Click API Usage of Queries for DataPipelines.
            The tracker shows the number of API calls used until now and the Query for Datapipelines User license validity in number of days.
          3. Assess the API calls required, and if there’s a need of increased number of calls, contact your Salesforce Account Executive.
