          ISSUE POSSIBLE RESOLUTION
When creating writeback object in the data processing engine definition, can’t find ActionableSegmentation folder in CRM Analytics shared space to save the dataset.

If you have enabled Actionable Segmentation without enabling Data Pipelines, the auto-installed application creation request fails, and datasets associated with list definitions can’t be saved in the ActionableSegmentation shared folder of the auto-installed application. To resolve this issue, run the failed auto-install request again:

          • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Auto-Installed, and then select Auto-Installed Apps.
          • Click the Requests tab.
          • Locate the Actionable Segmentation app creation request that has failed.
          • To run the auto-install request for Actionable Segmentation app again, click the action menu and select Try Again.
Unable to update the data processing engine definition associated with an actionable list definition.

You can’t update the data processing engine definition without deactivating the associated actionable list definition. Before updating the data processing engine definition, deactivate the associated actionable list definition:

          • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Segmentation, and then select Actionable Segmentation Settings.
          • Locate the actionable list definition that you want to deactivate, and go to the corresponding Active column.
          • Turn off the Activeoption.
Unable to use an existing data processing engine definition with an actionable list definition. You must create a data processing engine definition for an actionable list definition using the actionable list definition workflow. When you create an actionable list definition, the Data Processing Engine is launched where you can define cross-object join criteria in a Data Processing Engine definition to transform the data in the format you want.
Unable to delete the actionable list definition. You can’t delete an actionable list definition if it has an associated actionable list.
