Use a flow with HTTP Callout action to invoke the List Member Count API, which is a no-code approach and helps you to update the list member count easily and quickly.

Use the HTTP Callout to update the latest list count in Salesforce via Flow Builder without using code. After you configure the HTTP Callout action in a flow, Flow Builder auto-generates an external service registration, an invocable action, and an Apex class that you can use to create an Apex-defined resource for flows.
