Use Unified Catalog with Action Launcher

Make Unified Catalog service processes available in Action Launcher so that service reps can find and start them from a Lightning record page.

Required Editions

Unified Catalog Editions and Permissions.

First, add the Action Launcher component to the Lightning record page. See Add the Action Launcher Component to a Page.

Before using Unified Catalog with Action Launcher, turn on Context Service and configure the required context definitions. See Context Definitions for Unified Catalog.

  1. In Lightning App Builder, open the Lightning record page that contains Action Launcher.
  2. Select the Action Launcher component.
  3. In the component properties pane, from Action Launcher Configuration, select Unified Catalog.
  4. From Service Catalog, select a service catalog, and then select an expression set.
  5. Save your changes.

Action Launcher shows the Unified Catalog service processes available from the selected service catalog.
