Access Unified Catalog from Action Launcher

Add Unified Catalog to Action Launcher so that service reps can quickly start service processes on a record details page.

Required Editions

Unified Catalog Editions and Permissions.

To select Unified Catalog as a deployment configuration on the Action Launcher Lightning App Builder component, make sure Context Service is enabled in the org. See Turn on Context Service and Context Definitions for Unified Catalog.

  1. In the Lightning App Builder, search and select Action Launcher.
    Note
    Note To add Action Launcher to an Experience Cloud site, see Configure Action Launcher in Your Experience Cloud Site.
  2. For the Action Launcher Configuration field, select Unified Catalog.
  3. Save your changes.
