use the Actionable List Engagement component to engage with prospects.

Note Ensure that OmniStudio is installed in the Salesforce org.
Edit an Account or Contact record page in Lightning App Builder.
Drag the Actionable List Engagement component on to the page.
Note You can add the component to the Tab component as well.
Save your changes, and then activate the page, if necessary.
