Add the Path Component to Engagement Interactions
To make the path assistant available to users, add the Path component to the engagement interaction record page.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder and then select Lightning App Builder.
- Edit the record page for Engagement Interaction.
- Drag the Path component to the desired area in the page editor.
- Save and activate your changes.
